Everybody At the Table

This self-paced course addresses the critical topics needed to fully understand Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Participants will learn how to dismantle stereotypes of peers, students, and other education stakeholders while understanding their biases. They’ll also explore legislation about discrimination, civil rights, and disabilities – what it means to be an educational or organizational leader today.

Participants will become acquainted with a standardized model for uncovering their role within this industry as pioneers (leaders), champions (educators who advocate for change), influencers (parents or educators who influence peers), hesitaters (those unsure of what stance they take when faced with challenges), or obstructionists (those who stand in the way of progress).
